Mental Health Promotion Ambassadors

We conducted two reviews titled 1) the effects of school-based mental health education interventions on adolescents’ mental health literacy and attitudes and 2) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for men: a scoping review. We went through the various key stages for conducting literature review such as conceptualization, relevant studies identification, data extraction, and analyses, and finally concluded the identified results. Our work are accepted to present in an international conference. Following training, we also served as Mental Health Promotion Ambassadors, running an online mental health literacy enhancement course for students in five secondary schools.
